PayPal Information

Outrider Press has selected PayPal to provide payment and billing services for all items on our web site. PayPal is a quick, easy, and above-all secure method for purchasing items on the Internet. We will never see your bank account or credit card information, so there is little to no concern about fraud. PayPal has extensive protection policies in place to protect you as a consumer.

Opening a PayPal Account

Opening a personal PayPal account is a simple three-step process:

Use PayPal's Personal Account Sign Up page to open a free, personal account. For Premier/Business accounts or if you are outside the United States, click on the "Business" or "Non-U.S. Sign Up" link in the upper right-hand corner of the registration page. Be sure to provide a valid, working e-mail account, as this will also serve as your login ID!
After clicking the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the page, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal requesting confirmation. Read the e-mail and follow the instructions. If your e-mail client does not handle HTML code, log into the PayPal site, click on the "Confirm E-mail" link in the Activate Account box and enter the confirmation code that was provided in the e-mail.
Use a valid credit card or bank account to verify your funds. You may also fill out the credit card information the first time you order by clicking on the "If you have never paid by PayPal, Click Here" button during the checkout process.

REMEMBER: The only valid PayPal URL is listed as such: https://www.paypal.com/. If you receive any e-mails from domains claiming to be part of PayPal who are seeking verification of your credit card and bank account information, ignore them, delete them, or report them to PayPal's Customer Service Department; but never, NEVER log in to an unknown web site and provide them with sensitive financial information. PayPal will never contact you to "refresh" or "verify" their data, save the initial confirmation e-mail used during registration. Ordering Customized Items

When ordering customized items, the transaction will have to be performed primarily by e-mail and/or phone conversations to make sure that we provide precisely what you want to purchase. Many items vary because of size, type of paper, and complexity of design. Once the design is agreed upon by both the purchaser and Outrider Press, Inc., Outrider Press will send a payment request through PayPal via e-mail. Instructions will be provided on how to complete the payment transaction.
